The 50 square meters apartment is comfortable and cozy. It has two beds and is located on the top floor of a 1 1/2 storey house (built 1985) with private entrance. The apartment consists of two rooms in an open design and a kitchenette with oven, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. The corresponding 20 sq. foot balcony offers a small view of Lake Constance and can be used up by 21 clock daily. In addition you can use our small garden with a lovely patio at daytime and evening even after 21 clock.
For your car there is a parking space directly in front of the house. Also for your bike is a garaging available. Bikes are available for a small fee. Please contact us for literature and recommendations for any cycling on and around the lake, as well as for the beautiful hinterland possibilities. Further opportunities for barbecues, sauna and sailing are given.

For the apartment, we charge a price of EUR 60.00 per day, during trade fairs in Friedrichshafen, the price is EUR 75.00. The individual events please find here: www.messe-friedrichshafen.de. For bookings less than a week, a supplement is done. We will be happy to share the exact price with you personally. Simply call us or send us a reservation request.
